Quality is amazing and a very sturdy build; the only reason to giving this a 1 star review is the sales person Hannah, before the order was placed she was very punctual with her replies but once I got the products and I asked her for detailed brochure of the product in English and also on how to build the cat villa, as that information was needed by Amazon but she kept on delaying it for weeks and even to this day I have no info from her though she keeps saying she will send it today and tomorrow. The other problem is the instructions on how to to assemble it is as it is in Chinese and the pictures don’t really illustrate much on the directions of the panels etc but it wasn’t that difficult to figure out. All in all a good product but worse customer service.
